Of course, so-so news due to the fact that the GOST R certification system was canceled in 2016! But, so far, a lot of market participants believe that the 982 resolution is the GOST R certification system.
Let's put all the dots on the i.
The GOST R certification system appeared in 1998 and was divided into two components: a mandatory certification system and a voluntary certification system. The GOST R certification system has always had a voluntary certification system.
As time went on, the legislation changed and the GOST R certification system slowly became obsolete. In 2009, Resolution No. 982 appeared - this resolution serves as a bridge for the transition to the Customs Union and to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union, which lasted until 2016.
In 2016, by Order No. 3358 of 22.09 2016, the GOST R certification system ceased to exist. The voluntary certification system was transferred from GOST R to the National Certification System, and the 982 resolution remained as a mandatory confirmation of compliance. At the same time, the National Certification System has its own marking mark, and the 982 resolution still retains the marking mark, as in the GOST R system.
1.Certification system - no more.
2. The voluntary certification system has gone to the National Certification System, and the mandatory confirmation of compliance has remained
separately, as Resolution No. 982, which is still in force today.
And that's all I have.
